This year, Hoja Santa has absorbed his younger brother Niño Viejo. Becoming this way a restaurant with greater capacity  and with a dynamic menu that will change during the year.

The menus

The origin of Mexican cuisine is pre-Hispanic and has ancestral techniques, it has been an influence for many culinary cultures and vice versa. We want our clients to live and feel the experience of being and eating as if in Mexico. For this reason we have decided to eliminate our tasting menu and make a gastronomic offer à la carte so that you can choose with total freedom or let yourself be guided by our experience.

  • WHAT IS HOJA SANTA?

We want our clients to live and feel the experience of being and eating as if in Mexico, the venue is inspired by all the haciendas to enjoy the food parade as well as the service.

  • CAN I MAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

    Yes, for your personal and private use. We discourage the use of flash.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO EAT?

    Between 2 and 2.30 hours. We suggest that if they are smokers, they agree to the pauses to be carried out with the room.

  • I AM ALLERGIC, CELIACY OR INTOLERANT TO SOME PRODUCTS ARE THERE ANY ALTERNATIVES?

    Tell us your requests and we will try to meet them as much as possible and adapt to your needs. You must let us know in advance through the web or when we contact you.

  • IS THERE ANY VEGAN OR VEGETARIANMENU?

    We do not have an exclusive menu for vegans or vegetarians.

  • DO YOU HAVE CHOICE FOR CHILDREN?

    We can adapt an offer for children, appropriate to their needs. You must request the space for baby cart or high chair at the time of booking, as we have limited space. We recommend not to come with children under 12 years of age, since the duration of the service and the type of menu are not suitable for them.

  • IS THE MENU IS VERY SPICY?

    Our gastronomic offer is adapted to the palate of all our customers when ordering a dish from our menu the waiter will advise on the level of spiciness of the dish.

  • WHAT IS elBARRI?

    elBarri is a global gastronomy project born of the creativity of Albert Adrià. A concept that unites his gastronomic and business vision of restoration. Along the way, he is associated with his brother Ferran Adrià and the Iglesias brothers, creating one of the most exciting, complex, sophisticated and imaginative projects of recent times.

    In this situation involves his brother Ferran, who is immediately enthusiastic about the project because of the cultural dimension that it is intended to grant. With the same enthusiasm, it involves the Iglesias brothers, Juan Carlos, Borja and Pedro, owners of the Grup Iglesias that includes the restaurants Rías de Galicia, Espai Kru, Tapes Cañota Bar and Bellavista del Jardín del Norte.
